I cannot seem to play my seasonal character with the new season objectives active. Nor do I have my achievements active on this character. Switching to Europe and back to America’s servers isn’t fixing the problem nor is reinstalling and deleting cache folder. I can’t find any concrete info on how to fix this issue and I wish I could get a hold of a Game Master to help me fix this issue. If anyone can help me figure this out I would greatly appreciate it. That twitter link has pics of my ingame menus and how they’re messed up.
I had the same issue last night. Cleaning the cache solved it for me.
The original support article suggests cleaning one or two folder but be sure to read and clean the two additional ones that the OP mentions in that thread. Had to clean all of the ones he mentions to get mine to work. Hope it helps!
