So i logged into diablo 3 so i can get the bonus and do not see the Blood Rose Pet , and the Sanguine Flight Wings… and this is the promotion for it

You must enter a game, not simply get to your character menu screen. Once you enter the game, you will get a notification for both and then you can check your cosmetics/pets.

plus, I had to go to the achievement I got and then open my pets/ wings tab to see them.
Im literally in game? how do i check notifications? i havent gotten in d3 in ages
To claim rewards in D3 you need to log in, create a game, enter that game.
Once in game an Achievement will pop up. Then you go to your Cosmetics tab (little mirror at the bottom right) and the wings and pet will be in the Wings and Pet tabs there.

In the game itself (not the character screen but he game), click F1.
i had the same problem of not playing in a bit and i forgot too guy your not the only one but Miss Cheetah reminded me
