Diablo 3 does not launch, grey screem

Hi Everyone

I just install Diablo 3, but i have not able to run. Every time launch the game, a gray screen appears and the screen gets freeze.

I don’t have a razor app, i have try to reinstall the game, but the problem is still there.

Any advice?
