Diablo 3 Battlechest / Buy Necromancer+Crusader problems!

Hello, I am new to all this. I have the Diablo 3 Battlechest, but when I click on buy Necromancer, it says I need to buy Reaper of Souls, although I have that and I see it is installed,when I start the game and on the main menu of the game it also shows reaper of souls! So do I need to register reaper of sous, maybe? And is that battlechest activation key that was in the box perhaps used for activating the battlechest and reaper of souls? If so, where and when do I need to type battclechest key in, for activating reaper of souls or does that not have to do with RoS and is used for when I wanna play online in multiplayer? Thank you in advance for answering my question. And to be honest, I bought Diablo 3 solely because I felt like I wanna play Necromancer only to find out it is not included…Can you, therefore, because of all the confusion created, give me a gift,i.e. the Necromancer for free, that I believed was included in Diablo 3 battlechest!? Please. Thank you very, much in advance!

I have just seen that when I click on crusader, it tells me i need reaper of souls and that i need to upgrade to reaper of souls, although I own the battlechest and when i start the game it shows me reaper of souls and also in the main menu it shows reaper of souls! Also, when I click on the battlenet app, It tells me “Diablo 3 Starter edition” and not battlechest, but I have paid money for the battlechest and expect to get what I pay for, including friendly customer support, of course!
Due to all the trouble, I have not yet created a character and not have begun my journey, and am asking for IMMEDIATELY without any hesitance fixing the problems described by me, so that I can create a character and start the game, and not encounter flaws!Thank you in advance.

And also please no unfriendly comments and I am expecting only Blizzard people to answer my post, and hope that the two first replies to my post were not Blizzard people, as I found the comments very unfriendly and harsh and not helpful at all!

This is a bug report forum, not a help or tech support forum. For account issues, it’s best to contact them directly. Otherwise, check your account. It will show which games are active. And no, you are not getting anything for free. Why should they compensate you for your mistakes? You should have researched what each game gives you.

Go to your Battlenet account and verify if RoS is active or not.

Try to redeem your key.

And you can forget your free Necro.

Got to https://account.battle.net/ to check your purchase, not the app.

And please, use the Reply function, is better than always edit your original post.

The forums are a place where other players can respond to and assist others.

Bug Report specifically is to report in-game bugs to QA. They don’t usually respond.

Your issue is not an in-game bug. It is an issue with your purchase.

If you want a direct reply from Blizzard, the only way to get that is to put in a Support ticket. They will be able to track down the purchase and sort out what happened.

My guess is that you purchased the Battlechest on a different Battlenet account (email/password). To access that purchase you need to log in on the account you used to make the purchase. Either that, or the purchase failed.

To get help with a Purchase failure issue using the Ticket system (only way to reach Blizz directly) the options are Support > Contact Support > D3 > Select my issue > Payments > Purchase Failure Blizzard Support - Contact Support

Click the Contact Us button on that page. It will put you in the ticket queue with all other Blizzard customers.
