Diablo 3 Andariel wings

I have completed Chapter IV and am one quest away from completing Slayer. I have never earned, or had, Andariel, or Cosmic wings. However, the reward I have received for chapter completion are just Anguish’s Grasp.

Have they removed the chance for Andariel’s Wings to drop? I was really looking forward to having some cool looking wings…

Anguish’s Grasp IS Andariel’s wings.

Also Wings of Valor is a pre-order bonus for Reaper of Souls and it’s not obtainable in-game.
