Would be nice if diablo 2 resurrected would have auto save, my internet kicked out and I lost like 3 hours… kind of a piss off.

Just kidding. These server rollbacks have been common enough to be exploited in the past throughout the classic days. This had typically been used to dupe items too. Being this is beta, it is definitely to be expected, and I’d be HUGELY surprised if not worked out by release.
edit: Not sure how the issues had been resolved in the past, but there very well may be a hidden autosave feature implemented. For instance, go play classic D2. You’ll notice its 99999x smoother than what D2R is right now.
