I must admit, I’m a bit of a dummy for not noticing this earlier but I just happened to replay D2 and wondered if when you visit old trist in D3 if the cage where Cain was being held was still there - It was! I like fun things like this - I hope in D4 we can see more references to D1 and D2

I love anything that has to do with the Diablo lore.
Many players blow past everything so fast that they do not even care. Sometimes I just move slow and check out the zones and landscaping, I even go into the buildings and look at the stuff on the walls and in the rooms. All speed racer wants to do is get from point A to point B in 3 seconds, and do it all over again. Man, that was fun, not!

Huh, that’s cool. I’ve been to Old Tristram tons of times looking for the Anvil of Fury and Griswald’s Worn Edge. I’ll have to pay a bit more attention next time. Thanks for the heads up.

It has been years, so I do not remember. Did Adria have the hidden cellar under her hut in D2?
I don’t think Adria’s Hut was in D2. There was Griswald’s shop, the Inn of the Rising Sun, the building Farnham sat behind and Pipin’s place and I don’t recall Adria’s Hut.
At any rate, if it was there, there was no hidden cellar.

Sorry it was in D1. I am getting old and can not remember everything.

You’re okay until you walk into a room and forget what you went in there for and have to think a bit before you remember.
And everyone knows the thing about car keys, lol.
Edit:
Thanks for embedding the video too. Man that brings back memories.
Ya that was D1. Now granted they retconned a lot of D1 recently but if they ever remake (fully) D1 in the D3 or D4 engine I’d love to actually go in the tristram buildings and show a little trap door under andria’s house, lol
