On my Windows 11 64-bit laptop, After the update I try to start the D3 Raptor, and I receive a Diablo 1164.exe system error in a taskbar window. scan fix and reinstalling did not work. I have not had problems with the previous ver. When I close the taskbar error message, I can hit play, then the same error pops up again. I uninstalled, ran cleaner, and reloaded the game with the same issues. scan and fix did not work.I uninstalled both the game and the battle net. cleaned the system. Same issue. when I change the Video setting I get a vcruntime140_1.dll wasn’t found(this is what I expected to have happened playing with the vid drivers) I changed it back and the same Diablo 11164.exe system error. I did a clean install???
