I bought this but I don’t see the pets or cosmetic items that come with it. Anybody have any idea?

Blizzard is selling the digital deluxe with no mention the items are not available anymore. That would be false advertisement as they are specifically selling the digital deluxe with those items advertised.

I bought the upgrade in November 2018 and got the cosmetics. As RoS came out in 2014, I’d be surprised if they’ve dropped the cosmetics since.

When you enter the game with a hero, you’ll have an in-game email (you’ll see a little green envelope bottom left of screen) containing two items which you teach to the Mystic. One is all the weapon transmogs, the other is the helm transmogs.

You should get these from DDE. They either go directly into your collection or send by in-game mail:

Make sure your purchase is activated. If you have doubt, contact Account/Payment support by entering a ticket.
