DI: syncing phone to Battle.net acct?

So how will this be done? If I initially create and start playing the game on a phone will there be an option asking if I would like to link this account to Battle.net during the account creation? Will there be some button I need to toggle in an options tab this links the account to Battle.net? Anyone know? Last thing I want to do is play the game for hours on my phone then attempt to play on my PC only to find out I missed some step in the account creation and have to start over.

When you play on your phone, don’t select the play as guest option. The game will probably ask you if you have an active B. net acc, and if you have, you’ll probably have to login or verify you acc in some way.

Just saw Wyatt Cheng say there is button in settings to link the account.

Link?

I’m wondering how a Battle.Net account linked to other SSO (Google, Facebook) would work.

Can I log into phone with Google and log into PC with Battle.Net account and they’re the same?

Thanks.

It sounds like you use a guest account until you link (via settings) to Battle.Net.

No mention of other OAuth2 providers.

There is a Battle.net app in the store. Took Only a short time to download

Not to be confuse with the Authenticator, which interesting, needed to verify the Battle.net account.

Got it.

Tried to login via Google.

Got “oops” two times. (not looking good for June 2nd launch day)

Authenticator didn’t “ding” (but I used Google to login not Battle.Net and Authenticator wasn’t open)

On the other hand, my Friend List shows up just fine.
