D:I no different than elder fraud

How is this any different than scamming old people out of their money over the phone? How on earth do people call this the free market at work? They are deliberately deceiving people to think you can get tradable legendary gems from legendary crests. But the only tradable ones come from eternal legendary crests that look pretty much the same.

When you start an elder rift, there are only two slots. A slot for the rare crests and one for legendary crests. This is part of the deception. They intentionally make the legendary and the elder legendaries appear the same. This is obviously completely deliberate and just one of the many deceptions this game invokes to frustrate you into paying money. Much like the hidden caps on item drops. They don’t tell you this.

Not all scams are created equal. Also there is a big difference when the ones being scammed can be from any age group. Along with all walks of life as far as financially. So Immortal has to be seen in that light as far as scams goes.

it’s a good video and good take. Glad some content creators are willing to tell the truth even if it removes any chance they get to be headlined and sponsored by blizzard in future releases. Some of those guys like Rhykker are still pushing this game as “not so bad” just to stay in line with the big guy at blizzard.
