The primary abilities fired when using strafe do not get the dmg 10000% dmg buff, also the set does not give dmg reduction while using strafe or 5 seconds after and to top the cake the primaries fired from strafe do not add momentum stacks ?
Seems fine to me. I’m clearing GR100 with terrible gear.
Again, this works fine for me too. Try looking at your sheet toughness before and after Strafing. Your sheet toughness should increase a fair bit.
Not supposed to. Only manually fired primaries add Momentum stacks, they degrade at 1 p/second until you manually fire another primary, which give you 4 stacks p/primary attack up to a max of 20.

In that case, it might be better to post this in the console bug forums for a more accurate response.
Seems there are a few various problems with the console versions.
