I never said any of that. The team working on Diablo 2 Resurrected love the brand, and love the title. I’m sure for many developers on the game it was a dream come true experience.
To green light a project and for Blizzard through investment capital at the product, they needed a lot of market research to determine if people wanted it and how much projected revenue they will get on the title.
You guys are entitled delusional people if you think they would green light a project that would be in the red just because some entitled community PvP members think they have been running the show for the past 20 years. Seriously is that what you guys think?

endgame content and mercenary balance are core changing, these fit into mods.
but i like all other changes, they are all QoL and could be implemented in my opinion

I believe what I said was if everyone got their own separation of what they want, we WOULDN’T notice any player separations and all would function smoothly due to increased popularity on either realm.
This isn’t humanities class or FB - speak in facts only or leave. You will not lie about what I said in the real world

Let me be clear:

Have your ploot
-
Have your handshake PVP
-
You create a character designating these attributes (as you would SC vs HC even in easy D3) and there are no abilities to change your mind outside of restarting.

Your loot system and PVP mechanics cannot be merged at any time with anyone who chose the alternatives of FFA loot and unrestricted hostility.

Your different experience is completely isolated from those who want to experience more of the vanilla game. If it blows up in your face, your trading economy has no value and it’s as easy as D3, then, you ruined only your experience – not ours

Fun fact: if Bobby didn’t buy Activision, it would’ve gone belly up. He turned the company around into a massive profit-making machine that produces some pretty high-quality AAA games.
I would say though, it’s the public that pushes ActiBliz to focus on $$. Investors want bigger returns every quarter. But you keep blaming the big, bad CEO.
At the cost of burning out developers. So sure great work; well done.
