I am keen to test if it enables Tal Rasha teleport lightning blade game play in T16! 
Well, Depth Diggers doesn’t look too different now. Only thing is that with the patch they will remove the generator requirement. So, DD works on wizards without Shame of Delsere now. Hm. But what good will that actually do for us? I mean, the 50% attack speed from SoD is something you normally really want when playing Signature skill based builds. Not to mention Focus/Restraint… for Tal Rasha it might offer a little more room, because you don’t need the belt, but everything else won’t really need this change when it comes to wizards. Nevertheless, it’s good to have this simplified a little.

Yeah exactly. It doesn’t change anything. Any generator build will always have Shame of Delsere anyway.
