in kanais cube quivers are treated like weapons… so shouldn’t they’re gem socket be treated like a weapon too? either that or letting u cube quiver stuff in armor would be nice too. You cant tell me the way it is now makes sense…

This is not a bug.

Off hand items such as quivers, shields, orbs, fetishes, phylacteries can have 10% CHC on them. They have this to counteract the fact that some heroes can dual-wield, i.e. it’s a choice between…

Dual-wield = 2 * 130% CHD
Main hand + Offhand = 130% CHD + 10% CHC
