I bought ROS and Deluxe Edition last Nov 17. All was working well but after the patch yesterday, I have lost the Weapons Transmog, no recipes for legendary @ forge.
I have a discussion with GM Recklezzer regarding this matter suggesting that I post it in this section - Ticket Number: US69568256.

Transmogs are done by Myriam… not Haedrig… so you need to go see Myriam.
or am I missing something in your bug description ???

I had the thread open and was trying to figure out what was going on. I bet you are right. That would be an easy fix if so!
All Forge legendary recipe not appearing @ covetus, haedrig and probably theres a problem in myriam crafting too. There is a problem on my crafting.

You are not providing enough information…
Firstly, what legendary recipe(s) are you missing ?
According to D3Planner, you have 2 heroes:
- A level 52 crusader called Irisa, and
- A level 48 wizard called Xerath
Some legendary items have no recipes… because they are not crafted by Haedrig.
Some legendary items do have recipes but have a character level requirement of 60 or higher… and won’t have dropped yet because your character level is not high enough.
Also, make sure that your filter is set to All… as shown in this screenshot:
It would be helpful if you could take a screenshot and show that a recipe is missing. To post a screenshot in the forum, you must :
- upload your screenshot to a site that allows sharing of pictures such as imgur.com,
- paste the link to your screenshot in your message,
- highlight the link, and
- click the </> button on the formatting bar at the top of the window

The only legendary item missing in that list is the Crusader shield Piro Marella. That shield is clvl 70 and you need to teach the recipe to Haedrig. The recipe will drop either from a Large Horadric Chest that you earn once you have done all the bounties for an act or from an Odious Collector goblin. It probably won’t drop until you reach lvl 65 or higher.
This one is a bit more intriguing… :
Under “Two-Handed mighty weapon”, you should have gotten the “Unending War” with your Barbarian around lvl 23… again, from a Horadric Chest or a Odious Collector. I have had it dropped on me “late”… but I have never not gotten it.
Have you been doing many bounties with your Barbarian ?
Have you been getting Blacksmith plans ?
Have you been teaching the Blacksmith the plan ?
Hey man, when I started playing this I bought ROS and deluxe. There were legendary @ my forging, after the patch yesterday they were gone. i have no single legendary that i can forge both weapons and armor.
Please note that the version you buy has nothing to do with creating weapons at Haedrig nor the blacksmith reciepes that drop.
The DE only gives you Transmog (cosmetic) patterns you can use at Miriam. Transmogs only make your weapon look different. They don’t let you create weapons.
Do we have a solution to the problem or figured out whats causing the problem?

The Crusader Shield, Piro Marella, is a Level 70 item that can be crafted by a Level 12 Blacksmith. As Boubou tried to explain, you probably haven’t found the Plan yet.
Looking through your other screenshots, some of those items don’t have Plans for the Blacksmith, so you can’t craft Legendary items of that type. All you can do is craft Rare Level 70 items and upgrade them to Legendary using Kanai’s Cube.
One 2-Handed Mace, Cataclysm, you’re missing is a Level 52 item that can be crafted by a Level 7 Blacksmith. You should have this one, but maybe you haven’t found that particular Plan yet.
I didn’t look at all your screenshots, but most of what I saw that you’re missing are Level 70 items, which means you don’t have the Plans yet. Some Plans won’t drop until you reach a certain Character Level — Also explained to you by Boubou. Your highest Level Character is currently 59.
When you check again, make sure you have your Show filter at the Blacksmith set to All and not Have Materials.

Guys, I am reporting a bug here - and I want it fix. All my forge legendary are gone all gone. Perusoe I check it with show-All…
You don’t really need to now that Blizzard fixed the D3 Armory Profiles… for the most part.
But, to answer your question:
- Go to D3 Planner.
- Click on the Import/Save tab.
- Enter a player’s BattleTag.
If their Characters don’t appear, try changing the Region.
I don’t know what else to tell you. Maybe run more Bounties and kill more Odious Collector Goblins. (The green Goblins). 
Your Characters are still “young”. There’s probably many Plans for you to find from Level 65 on.
Purusoe, you dont understand… I have no legendary plans at my forge zero (0) its all gone… two days ago before the patch there was… there is something wrong with my account that’s why I want you to check it.

@Cloudtemplar : would you mind checking if the recipe for the boots “Sage’s Passage” (lvl 70 boots of the Sage set) is available ?
In theory, this recipe becomes available when Haedrig reaches level 12… which he is atm.
Also… have you tried to repair the game ?
Don’t know what else to suggest… play season on Europe (it’s already started there) and see if it is affected too ? This won’t fix things… just describe the issue more. To switch region, change the region just above the play button on the launcher.
Thanks guys for helping… Sage set is here… only legendary missing. I have open all and I have only one legendary available on armor and weapons . I have only MOJO -(8) BITTERNESS.
