Delsere's 6 Piece Set Not Updating Year of War Conquest?

I see that Delsere’s set is on the list when you look at the Years of War Conquest.

I have the full 6 set bonus active and it is working.
I am running Level 55 Solo Greater Rifts and completing them with plenty of time.
I have done this multiple times, leaving the game and coming back.
But No update for this set ???

Is this a bug, and the set should not be in the list?

It worked fine for me. All 4 times.

Now it is checked off in the list. I guess it’s kind of buggy, shut down the game again and when it came back up it had it checked off this time.

Partial completion of various achievements can be slow to update. Although the checkboxes may not always immediatelly get checked, the server still recognizes the objective as completed. Once all required objectives are done, the achievement will always unlock immediatelly, regardless whether some of the objectives show as completed or not.

It’s a well known and a very old issue.
