My necromancer named Violet is experiencing an issue with her offense and defense. I did not do any hacking, and I was not aware of any wrong doing. My defenses are not as strong as they should be, and I am doing 0 damage. This is happening on every greater rift and rift. Please look into my hero!
The QA team will not look at your hero and we can’t either right now.
Probably not a bug. My guess is you changed something.
Why can’t you look into my hero? I did not change anything. I don’t know how to hack, and have never hacked a blizzard game. What’s wrong with my hero then?

The vast majority of these “bug” reports is due to user error. Look at your character carefully. If you are using a set, the most common error is replacing one of the set pieces, thereby losing the 6-piece set bonus.
Also, You’ve posted about this before, and the answer is always the same. You are doing something wrong, and this is not the proper place to post these kind of questions.

Until Blizzard fixes their Armory Profile issues, you can view a players’ Character(s) by importing them into Diablo III Character Planner. In fact, you can see more there than you can here.
