Usual reasons…

  1. You’ve broken your six-piece set bonus by equipping a piece from another set
  2. You’ve re-rolled the elemental damage affix of your weapon into something else
  3. You’re using LoD and have a set bonus in effect

Check those first.

have not done any of those.was playing normally and right aftr lunch the buff stopped working.same with my cousins game he had 37M damage then aftr a while it was 37k.
