I have not gotten the pre-order wings from D4. Is this another PC-only thing?
It’s NOT a PC only thing. From what I remember, the Inarius wings and Inarius Murloc pet became available in Diablo III around the same time as season 28 went live but I’ve eaten and slept many times since then. What is much less clear in my mind is if it was a downloadable add-on, a plan that was mailed to you, or something automatically added to your cosmetics tab when you started a game with a character.
us console players will get the cosmetics when we install the game.
The OP is asking about the Diablo IV pre-order cosmetic items for Diablo III. These items are already available in Diablo III. I’ve had them for at least a month on both console and PC.
Have you linked your console account to your battlenet account? If you have you should have new DLC to download for D3.
