EDIT: Got it to work. I monkeyed around with the settings to try and force the client to search for account flags that would make the damn thing realize that I’ve got beta access. Logging out, changing my region, then logging in is what did it for me. Hope this helps someone!
To change your region, on the login screen, click the settings icon on the top right (gear icon) and it should be right there. I changed to Europe and it showed up instantly. Logged back out, went to Americas, and it’s still there. Happy hunting everyone!

Still isn’t showing for me. Pre-ordered the Ultimate edition back in December. My launcher shows that I’ve purchased the game (Green text under the disabled “Install” button), but the drop down only has the live version, with no “beta” option (Where the PTR version for D3 is, for example). I’ve tried logging out of the launcher, closing it, opening it, logging back in, and that didn’t work. Also tried rebooting my PC.
I just wanna get this thing downloading and ready to rock.

Exit out of the launcher entirely, log out, relaunch and log back in, again.
Edit, make sure its completely closed and not just minimized to the system tray.
I tried that. Here’s the exact series of steps I’ve tried:
Attempt one: Enter launcher, log out, close launcher entirely (no longer shows in task manager), open launcher, log back in, look at D4 tab, no beta.
Attempt two: Enter launcher, log out, close entirely, restart PC, open launcher, log in, look at D4 tab, no beta.
Attempt three: Uninstalled launcher, restarted PC, downloaded / installed launcher, log in, look at D4 tab, no beta.
At this point, I’m wondering if it’s a glitch or something like that they’re rolling out the DL to people so their servers don’t get slammed all at once.
At top of Bnet window, upper left, click Menu > Settings > Scroll down, left side > Beta
That’s to switch the launcher client to/from it’s beta, not to access beta versions of games. I tried that as well on the off chance one client version was causing the issue, and it didn’t do anything for me.
Did you then check the box above "Install’? The little gear icon? Worked for me.
‘Diablo IV - Beta’ wasn’t showing for me, at first. Did above steps and it appeared then.
I’ve tried all the options above several times… cant get the bloody thing to show!

This is the only thing that worked for me. Everything else failed.
