A new sub category on the Diablo 3 forum called “Diablo 4”!

Many have been asking for this. Some on the forum say that it will not happen because the game it not close to release. I say nonsense. Why does D2R have a section when D:I does not considering that they will both launch this year? Some of the subsections on the forum are hardly being use so remove them and replace them with sections for D4 and D:I.

Don’t worry, the Diablo 3 threads will start popping off once the next ptr hits, at least until the next quarterly update for Diablo 4 is posted, in which Diablo 4 threads will again fill the forum. Of course, that’s assuming we get the ptr before the quarterly update.
What if… We use the D4 quarterly update thread or section or what’s it called, for D4 discussion?
The way it is set up everything might get lost very fast, we cannot create new separate threads.
- It is just one long running thread of comments. Hit and miss all over the place.
Definitely an option. Blizzard themselves would have to also make the effort to move newly opened threads into the update thread. Although with the massive differing amount of topics that been made pertaining to Diablo 4, I’d imagine that the thread would become a bit of a mess to even read.
I no longer even go to it for that very reason. I enjoy independent threads until they get highjack and derailed.
Doesn’t matter. People would still post their D4 stuff here because nothing gets properly moderated.

True D2 and D2R both have sections, but the D2 fanboys still come to the D3 forum to complain and

We say that about the official forum. There is no excuse for not giving us a D4 and a D2R sub forums.
Surely you jest. That never happens here.
D2R has to have its own section seeing as it is getting more volume than D3/D4/D:I combined. Every time I look on the main page 5-8 of the 10 hot topic links are all D2R. The D3 general discussion would be overrun with D2 fans and that would make D3 fans

D:I has two people who are making a thread every 5-10 days. It has the volume of some of the most unused subsections. It should have its own subsection, so those few people that want to discuss it can, but, unfortunately, doesn’t look like it will get one until it launches.
D4 definitely deserves its own subsection. It would be so much easier to sort which game people are talking about.
