D3 S34 was moved back so that streamers would have 1 week to hit max level and buy all of the (non-blizzard) offered tradable items. !!!
D3 players will have to wait for those whales that bought the D4 expansion and actually still play that boring decrepid waste of time… i mean…
… the righteous and glorious non-diablo diablo game without a prime evil… but with paper thin mobs till you hit a random difficulty spike… or that explode for 5000x the hp of the mob you killed.

When you have a bunch of marketing majors instead of gamers making a game, you get D4.
and the sad thing, i’ll tell ya what, literally the sad thing is that they dont even know how it failed. Literally. They are back there in their coffee break room talking about how the players are clueless, and things like adding a Cardi B skin and maybe some Diablo Immortal gems to the shop at release it would have been a mega hit. “it’s the players fault nobody plays!”.
You also get banner in Bnet saying the start date was moved back after player feedback. Spend 30 seconds on these forums and that is a whopper of a lie. If you need proof they do not care one bit about players there you go.
This wreaks of a particular leader over at D4 that has made some absolutely clueless and out of touch comments in the past weeks. S7 is going down the tubes much faster than any other season. Streamers have moved on as there is nothing to generate clicks. Pushing back S34 start date reduces the mass exodus long enough for them to run a few reports that inflate their egos rather than do their jobs.
