D3 graphic settings?

i just upgraded my old 1080p 60hz monitor for a much better 1440p 240hz monitor. setting all my games to run at it’s native res of 2560 x 1440 and now i get to d3. where it list option’s as:

2560 x 1440 x 59
2560 x 1440 x 99
2560 x 1440 x 119
2560 x 1440 x 143
2560 x 1440 x 199
2560 x 1440 x 239

what does the 3rd set of number in each case relate to ?

Pretty sure it is refresh rate.
