Afetr couple of months of non playing D3 i wanted to play again. But when i reach level 13, experience didn’t show further progress. And after reaching that level i got pop up message related with demo version. And now it looks like i have to buy game from the beggining. How is that possible? Anyone knows if it can be fixed somehow.

You’re playing Starter Edition… that normally happens when you use the wrong e-mail / password when logging into Battle.Net… or if your account was hacked.
You need to use the e-mail and password for the account that has Diablo III registered on it. If you can’t figure it out, you’ll need to contact Blizzard Support directly with a ticket… here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/product/diablo3/289/969/solution and click on the “Contact Us” button.
That type of issue cannot be resolved on the forums.
