ok from what i read on the 6 pages something is supposed to apper in old tristam has anyone found what it is

All the cultist pages do is unlock the portrait frame once you collect them all, that’s it. You don’t even have to keep them, just pick them up and immediatelly toss them away.

iirc, there are 7 pages, and collecting all 7 automatically awards an achievement and a portrait.

Note that doing these in NS grants non account bound pages so you can pass to alt accounts/friends for easy portrait unlocks.

You must have all 7 Pages in your possession to get the Achievement and the Portrait Frame.
