Crusaders and the Cold: Arthas did it, why can't we?

I feel there is a lot of missed opportunity for the cold element in Crusader gameplay. Is there a lore reason for this? As it stands, most of the abilities are base holy damage, with 2 holy runes. Not only is there a lack of cold abilities, they're non-existant.

In my opinion, it could bring a couple additions to the build list with Primary Abilities Slash (Crush), Smite (Shatter), Justice (Crack) and Secondary abilities such as Blessed Shield (Shattering Throw), Fist of the Heavens (Reverberation) and Blessed Hammer (Limitless) being changed to Cold damage.

5/6 of those aforementioned already have a "cold" theme, be it shattering and/or slowing the target. What gives?

Umm Arthus is WoW not Diablo and Arthus didn’t get cold till he went to the dark side …

I think Crusaders are supposed ot be the heroic heroes not the vile tainted by evil and darkness villians that Arthus is in WoW
