Unfortunately, that error is not pulling anything up for me. If your computer is crashing when trying to play that can point to a more serious problem with the system itself. Before reaching out to a local, certified tech if you want you can reach out to our Technical Support through a ticket and they can take a look. You will want to create a ticket and attach your system files along with any crash error codes like the one you posted already.
