I am new to gaming. When I try to go to The Great Span my game shuts down. Anyone have any ideas?
It seems to be a bug introduced with the recent patch (2.6.10). I don’t know of any workaround at the moment.

If you have Crash IDs, add them to that thread.
There seems to be some workarounds in that thread, whereby you might be able to set the game to the immediate prior campaign mode quest, complete that, and then continue through the area you’re having problems with, rather than teleporting straight to it. However, resolution’s going to take a patch from Blizzard, it seems, as this affects PC and all three consoles.
