At Startup grey screen and than crashes
Tried all steps in suggested on supportpage , nothing helps.
What Windows version?
64-bit client? If yes, try the 32-bit client.
If you use any “additional” programs with D3, do not use them anymore.
Check the disk it is installed on for errors.
Already tried reinstalling the game?
