Hi : You should have posted that on the Technical Support forum… not Bug Report. Blizzard provides no support from this forum.
That long hexadecimal code is an event ID… a number that Blizzard can use to, sometimes, try to figure out what went wrong. It is not an error code by any stretch of the imagination…
Without more details on your system, we’re just guessing as to what could be wrong… current “common” errors are :
- you’re using a Razer/Synapse mouse or keyboard, or both… see Known Technical Support Issues - [Updated June 21, 2020!] - #2 by Zuvykree
- you’re using outdated drivers, especially those for the graphic video card… see Updating Your Drivers and Operating System - Blizzard Support
