Hello, I faced with the problem.
I can not craft ring of hell fire. I have resources from bosses from house of heretic in 1st act and I can craft amulet of hell fire from. So if Jewelerist know craft recipe he should able to allow craft ring so. As all knows two different recipes exists, one of them is absolete. It seems that first one I gave to jewelerist an obsolete receipe but after this, researching an actual receipe shows “Already researched”, but correspondince option doest not exist in craft menu of jewelerist. Problem present for all season heroes. Non-season mode is ok.
Please help, I can not craft this item.
Hero needs to be lvl 70 and game needs to be Torment 1 to buy the plan
Jeweller needs to be level 12 to craft the ring
Set filter to “Show All”, not “Show Have materials”.

Based on stats, that is the recipe for the lvl 60 version of Hellfire Ring.
This recipe goes for 2M Gold. The lvl 70 version of the recipe goes for 5M Gold.

You didn’t say that you already had a topic on the Russian Technical Support forum… 
OK – there isn’t much more to add… Check that your Jeweller is at Level 12 and that there is no button to upgrade him: https://i.imgur.com/dZlENod.png
if you did purchase the 5 Million gold recipe and tried to teach it to the Jeweller… but got an error message saying “That recipe is already known”… you can verify that you have the right recipe. The wording is slightly different on the 2 recipes.
- The old one says “combine three demonic body parts” and it has a sell value of 80 000 gold.
- The new one says “combine demonic body parts” (doesn’t say how many) and it cannot be sold.
Both recipes may say that the plan is already known.
If you have all that… you could try repairing the game to see if it fixes it… reboot the computer after the repair.

Sorry, if really I asked here first and I even not thought that different forums for different servers and even languages exists. - It is first time when I asking help for support. And in process I saw this so JIC I have asked there also.
Well, repairing game and rebooting did not helped.
Yes I have 2 different receipes with different description in my bag and attempt to teach jewelerist lead to the same that “it is already known”
One important thing that I did not point you yerstaday: I decedied to get this ring because it give extra expirinence - I decided to get 2nd hero and complete 1 - 70 leveling without help. so this item helpful. And I attempt to learn jewelerist by old receipe first by hero of 1st level and it was successfull but after that attempting to learn both receipes lead to “already known” as by this hero, as by primary hero that I had before as new.
So may be it is bug that could be reproduced by support.
At account of clear season
- Reach 70 level by hero (Wizzard)
- Create new one hero of 1st level (Monk)
- Learn hewelerist by monk for old receipe of ring of hellfire
- Up monk to 70 level (then actual receipe will appear on T1 or harder)
- Check is able to learn actual receipe of ring of hellfire. (?)

ok – sorry I couldn’t help you more… this is an odd one for sure. You seem to be the only one with that issue…
I haven’t learned any of the rings recipes on Americas… I don’t really use those rings, so I’ll see if I can create a new hero (perhaps a monk – I don’t really play that class, so this should be an « interesting » experiment for me)… I’ll let you know the results here.
Please sorry, problem solved. I tried to re-learn receipe of amulet of hell fire. Checked twice and so twice forgot eyses

Took 1h45 min to lvl my monk from new to lvl 70 and…
