Just found the Cow King Nephalem Rift, and once I finally reached the Rift Guardian phase (fighting the Cow King), he didn’t fully spawn in. His model appeared and he mocks me with his moos, but yet he is not active, has no hp bar, cannot be attacked.

I’m concerned that maybe he drops interesting loot that I may potentially miss out on now since I’m pretty sure thats a RIP on this rift. I’ve tried portaling to town, clearing the floor, changing floors, etc. Not sure what else to try. Will keep my game paused while I make some lunch incase I get a reply that fixes it.
