ChatGPT is truly a blessing. If any of you want to use this for a wiki or something, then please do so, since I couldn’t find this info easily accessible after spending 20 minutes of using my google fu skills.
Edit: ChatGPT is not a blessing and it took me longer to use it than to just manually type out the tables. Oh well, now the info is readily available!
The truth is, you do not really need to know which page number corresponds to which set - you just need to collect 4 different pages for a given class (the one you’ll be approaching the Altar with when this sacrifice is required). So, for example, if you start playing with necro and collect 2 pages, then switch to monk and play to the point the Altar needs this sacrifice, you’d either need to collect 4 pages for monk, or go back to necromancer, collect 2 missing pages and sacrifice them using the necromancer.
And since the “new sets” do not have dungeons, the Tome of Dungeons does not drop any pages for them, so ChatGPT must me taking those page numbers out of its a… …hat. Or am I missing something?
The pages exist. I needed that table. I needed to know exactly which pages corresponded to which set. I wouldn’t have bothered otherwise.
There’s also pages, 12, 14, 18, 22, 31 amongst others, which are not on that list either. Also I noticed a problem with the list, I’ll ask GPT to correct it when I have time again.

That list in the first post is BS. The pages are not ordered in a way where the pages for the same class are grouped together. Nor are there any pages for the 5th class sets.
I think it’s ChatGPT that’s missing something.
This is an absolutely pointless thing to do.
As Mickey said, you don’t need to know what pages correspond to what sets. You just need to have the first 4 class sets for your class with you when you go to the lectern that drops the pages. You’ll be wearing one set probably, click on the tome to drop your page. Change to another set then and there, click on the lectern again and another page will drop. Repeat till you have all 4 tome pages.
But if you make a page drop for the newest class sets… take a screenshot. It’ll be like finding Big Foot.
Could not be easier and won’t require a spreadsheet or ChatGPT account to accomplish.
Please stop trying to lecture me on what I need and don’t need.
I didn’t need this for the altar, I simply chose to share it, because I couldn’t find the list of all tomes that corresponded to which set. I included the altar of rites because i just anticipated someone would like that.

New sets do not have Set Dungeon pages. When you click on the tome with one of the new sets or without a set you get the message “You are not appropriately garbed to read this tome” and nothing drops.

Unless you want correct information. Blindly trusting AI to answer your questions is not a good idea.
I give this topic A for effort, and I’m not really concerned that you wasted said effort, as you clearly enjoyed this, or got something out of it, etc. Proof of concept that ChatGPT is still bad? I guess?
But like… all you really need to know, is which set per class DOESN’T have a set dungeon. That’s all the info you need.
That’s all you need to know. Just, DON’T bother collecting those sets, unless you want to use them. Because they aren’t used for the Altar. End of problem.

Now I’m curious why this was a problem. Was it raw unadulterated curiosity on your part, regarding the numbers? When you included Altar stuffs I naturally assumed this was about the Altar, and how especially this season, the Gift doesn’t give you a set that has a set dungeon.
Because sometimes having Asperger’s is a blessing and a curse. I just wanted to know which pages belonged to which set. No, actually. I NEEDED to know would be more in line with my thinking, I went to bed 4 hours ago, woke up 2 hours ago thinking about the page numbers being wrong.
I know it’s ridiculous, but sometimes brain don’t need to make sense.

Also I don’t play seasons anymore, I play on switch, there is more freedom there and no sudden seasonal endings. I’ve already proved my worth in the previous seasons, so no point doing it again with a weakened altar.

That’s fine, but there’s enough fake news in this world already and publishing something as facts without fact checking it (and that’s not done by using AI) will result in backlash no matter who you are. A simple reality check by grabbing a sample of pages for the class you’re currently playing and checking against the ChatGPT result would have revealed that the list you originally had was incorrect.
That’s coming from someone who’s various jobs involves going out into the field to collect data to make sure what information I’m using is reliable and realistic.
Anyway, I’m glad you managed to sort out the list.
Lol we all know there are pages only for the Sets that have a Mastery Dungeon for them.
There was never an actual need for the list of pages,
because you just need to know which sets have the Set Dungeons… you go there to the pages spot, and you get 4 pages in a minutes just swapping the gear.
That is easily searchable which sets have a mastery dungeon.
And no you did not NEED the list of pages to know how to get specific page. Look 2 lines of text above for the reason.
AI is not trained to know what has NEVER been published, because nobody ever needed a set pages list.
