I hate to be the one that tells you, but…
I’m sorry to say that there is no game masters in D3 for in-game issues; Game Masters can help with account, purchasing, and technical issues like game crashes or disconnects.
There is no support for in-game issues such as the one you encountered… all one can do is report it here, and hope that Blizzard QA Team can replicate it and pass it on to the Developers to fix it. Part of the reason for the “no-support” thing is that there are no second-by-second in-game log – so there is no record of what might have occurred or gone wrong. So there is no “mechanism” to give you the Cosmic Wings.
