Cooldown reduction BUG

Hello Everyone!

I have a problem with the equipment of my character, the problem is in the reduction of times in cooldown of active skills, if I add the percentages acquired it gives me a total of 60% + 10% of the character, but at the time of assembling all the set I only have 63.12%. (plus 25.52% from de Leoric Crown)
When checking item by item I see that:
Those who are 8% only give 7.20%
Those who give 10% only give 8.99%
And the crown of leoric (96% of the effect of the gem set) with diamond set (12.5%) only gives 22.03% when it should give 25.52%

It seems like a simple glitch, but I am running for the world record in a speedrun category and I cannot reach the cooldown reduction that the record set 4 months ago for this reason.

Exactly the same equipment, 4 months ago it reached an 81.15% reduction and now it only reaches 63.12% being that I have one more object that reduces the cooldown times.

Not a bug. Reductions are multiplied, not added. It has been this way for as long as I can remember. And this applies to all reductions: cooldown, resource cost, damage, etc.

Hi:

Looks like you did not remove the 50 paragon points you have in Cooldown Reduction… if you do, you will see that your 8% CDR item does give you 8%.

As TimberWolf has already said… the CDR computation is not bugged in the game. You need to compute correctly. There are many articles on the Internet on this subject, some more detailed than others… this one is a good place to start:

All the cdr% are multiplicative, that’s all there is to it. 1-((1-a) (1-b) (1-c)) etc…

If you prefer, each value is applied to what’s left from the previous value, not from the total, so for example if you have 10% twice, you remove 10% from 100% so your cd is now 90% then you remove 10% from 90% so your cd is now 81%, and so on.
