Controversial topic inside

Do you think the community is very divided here with so many opposing views stems from…
Blizzard pretty much letting everyone down from hardcore players to casuals?
Thoughts?

Good morning Friday… one more day at the road, one more day of forum nonsense… I like it

The game is 10 years old and most people must still be enjoying it, so I’m not sure I would agree that Blizzard let anyone down. I for one still love it. $50 bucks for 10 years of entertainment with regular updates to the game? Yeah! More please!

By the way, in a forum such as this, it’s a sound board for everyone who likes to complain. The sad truth is: Blizzard can’t make everyone happy, because some people will complain no matter what. That’s just some peoples nature.

I’d say it’s more of a let down, there have been hundreds of things that would have improved the game and everyone put in effort to come up with good/bad ideas for the game and we get very minimal effort shown

When the title of a thread begins by “Controversial”, you already know that it’s a bad bait.

After some posts, the OP come back with a “Oh no, the forum’ kings derailed my thread”.

I hope y’all having a great day, even you OP

nah i think the general idea is accepted pretty well. they just have to make sure that its the highest powerlevel of all times.

Well, I paid some 120 or so, but yeah, still good value for money.

We are not all the same. We all have our personal preferences. Our own ideas of how the game could be better. And we are all entitled to our own opinion. Some more than others. Some think they :poop: bricks of gold, whit every word they share with us, and know everything better. Some of us accepts, or understands decisions of the devs, and some don’t.

The thing Blizz let us down is the lack of communication, and therefor theres no accountability. You can’t ask, why did you changed the thing the way you changed it, because you will not get an official answer. Some times if someone from blizz could explain such things, there would be less disparity.

And if more people could do simple google searches and read, that would be also mighty awsome.

Maybe, maybe not… Path of Exile has their manifestos and open communication and yet the lack of communication is the same or worst than in Blizz games. One of the reasons is the communications and Q&A are funneled/hijacked/catered throu streamers and meta gamers.

So, the casual pleb still ignored or has no value to the companies.

No, the “community” is very evenly on the same coin, standing on its edge, with everyone saying it sucks. Why, or for what reason, and whether it can be fixed and how is a divide, perhaps, but it is overall meaningless since the stance is still the same. At this point, nothing can be done to satisfy the rage because it has sweltered far too long. The chance to fix D3 was 8 years ago. Now, all they can do is apply ointment and hope the burns are appeased sometimes.
