Man you had a far worse experience than I did.
I mostly played in my own private room. Then tried multiplayer after killing Durial. That’s when I found out how bad the multiplayer matchmaking “lobbies” actually were.

Glad to see more support for this. Console needs lobbies and named games. Give us the PC features. I can’t repurchase this on Xbox until those are added along with in game text chat and hopefully keyboard support at the least.

I need a lobby I cant find specific games in… you know? Like the Diablo 2 lobby.

I’ll put my suggestions here to unify the controller/console topic
Make an option for loot to only appear if the LB/L1 button is pressed. When you are in melee combat it is common for the accumulation of items to get in the way, as the name of the items appears automatically as they drop.
Make the right analog stick can be used to navigate through items on the floor
Make RT/R2 button to quickly identify when in inventory
Make option for monster’s life bars to be fixed on top/center (same K+M) and only a discrete symbol to mark the target. The flikering of the health bars is immersion breaker.
The shield representing immunity is a great idea, go with it.
On the stash screen it is better that X/Square is used to store and hold X/Square is used to throw on the ground.
Currently if a melee skill is used near a monster, the character walks to the target to perform the action, it would be interesting if this distance were even greater.
In the gameplay tab put options for /players 1-8 (SP) to mark with controller/console

How do i ask for a refund on ps5?
And can i set a reason for the refund aswell?
No create/join named games but a D3 system on console is a big flop for me. Played yesterday again and im done. 1-2 players join for tombrun are afk and when they leave you are single player again.
NO LOBBY = NO DIABLO 2
Give a post about “create/join named games are coming in the future” and i will buy it when that update arrives. No one should buy this on console at launch if there are no lobbies.

Is there a day Limit untill you can refund? , i just waited a little longer as i hoped they talk with us at least. But in the end its no Joy playing i even stoped playing beta because of lonlyness. A shame actually its my most loved game for years
Makaveli 100% agree The game looks great, the graphics of the mechanics look insanely exactly what I expected. But … Multiplayer for the console version does not exist, I cannot imagine a situation where, as a high-level player, I have no contact with the multiplayer community … Lack of creating my own servers with the name visible in the lobby (PC version) makes the multiplayer game difficult … add to the console version of the lobby and creating servers otherwise multiplayer doesn’t make any sense. I hope blizz gonna repair this what PC players already have… Small thing but really big for community in game… PLEASE add this in patch anyway something but we really need this. If u add this possibility game gonna destroy all for many years. Trust me, so dear blizzard - hear us what we need

You should be able to refund anytime before release.
My PS4 is running cool. With that said, at the sign in screen where it shows your character, my fans go crazy. When playing the game itself, the console stays quiet and stays cool.
Perhaps you need to clean the PS4 and swap out the old thermal pads and re-apply thermal paste to the CPU? And clean the heatsink and fan?
You have to go to sony. com to request a refund if bought on Playstation. I got mine already.
sad to say but i dont blame you they are going to lose alot of money if they dont fix it its not that hard for them theyve already got it all built on pc cant they just import it over and even give us keyboard and mouse support at the same time its a win win

Same refunded pre order on play station I know of lots more people waiting to see if lobbies added or will refund before launch.
If they fix it I will buy it again but not paying same price as PC players who get much better version, for a one player game. I’d pay £50 if we had lobbies, without them or communication I’ll pay no more than £10 for one player play through.

IT IS 99% not the game i loved… Nobody will buy it without basic functions that were in original.
And PC gamers have those functions! WHY? Why there is such discrimination ?
I have bought every game from Blizzard, but now i think we shall boycott this, sorry guys…for emotions…

Definitly lacking keyboard and mouse + online lobby on ps5. I was waiting for that open beta to decide whether I buy it or not.
Unfortunaly It’s not gonna happen. I’m really sad about that I was really looking forward to playing this game again.

Having the same key that is used to drop items as the same key when holding it down to quickly place loot into your stash is a very poor design that is also buggy. I have dropped my best loot when trying to put it into my stash when my controllers button glitched out when holding it down and it dropped it for other players to pick it up and take it.
Still there isn’t any repply from devs…considering lobbies, chat and and named games.
