Conquests not showing completed

Season 37 season journey

I have one conquests left.

I completed sprinter and curses, but I didn’t get credit for either. This is just after the update last week

To be sure, have you finished all 5 acts in under an hour, in campaign mode?

Do you remember the number of enemies killed at the end of the bounty?

There was no update, just server maintenance.

I did do all 5 in 54 minutes after I started the game [new game]

I killed 364 at the cursed chest in lvl 1 [“The Cursed Bellows” Bounty in Halls of Agony Level 3 in Act I.]

All these were at torment 16

OK it was server maintenance, but it had me run an update right after.

I’ve been grinding the season journey and these conquests didn’t happen easy. I was bummed after the sprinter ‘failure’ so I grinded until I got a cursed chest and then it ‘didn’t happen’ again. This is disappointing. And I don’t want to spend 20-30 more hrs just to get denied again.

I am sorry, but I don’t understand your reply. I was getting credit for everything unril I decided to do the last conquest for season journey…

EDIT: I killed 434 this time in The Cursed Bellows and still don’t have the credit for Curses! What is this bug and why is it happening?

Are you looking at the Massacre Bonus? Because that doesn’t count. Only the Cursed Chest kills count.

The kill count you’re looking for will be listed at the top of the screen and says something like: “You killed 399 enemies before the timer expired.”

If this is the case, it is NOT a bug.

OK - so What about the 1 hour thing? I did it in 54 minutes!

EDIT: BTW, I just did sprinter in 40 min and still didn’t get credit for it…

Are you running all the Bounties in all five Acts in Adventure Mode?

Or are you running the full story-line Quests in all five Acts in Campaign Mode?

Doing Bounties in Adventure Mode does NOT count. Make sure you’re in Campaign Mode. The timer starts as soon as you click  Resume Game  and doesn’t end until you kill Malthael in Act V and he completes his death animation.

Why don’t they say that specifically? nowhere does it say you have to be in campaign mode!
Boy do I miss the 500 million gold conquest!!!
