Concerns About Season Closure and Communication in Diablo 3

Dear Blizzard Team,

I am writing to you as a passionate Diablo 3 player, and I would like to express my concern regarding an issue that is affecting the player community. Today, without any prior notice, Season 33 of Diablo 3 ended abruptly. I understand that the game is in maintenance mode, but I believe this situation reflects a lack of organization and communication that negatively impacts the player experience.

As players, we rely on the information you provide to plan our gameplay and fully enjoy each season. The fact that clear start and end dates for seasons are not being announced creates confusion and dissatisfaction within the community. I understand that Diablo 3 may no longer be a top priority, but a minimum level of communication would be greatly appreciated to keep us informed of important in-game events.

Additionally, better organization in season planning would not only benefit current players but also help maintain an active and engaged community, even if Blizzard’s focus is on other titles.

I hope you will consider this suggestion, as many of us continue to enjoy Diablo 3 and would like to keep doing so with the same enthusiasm we had when we first started. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Yeah it’s getting really annoying, and has happened multiple times now

Idk how it can be so difficult to just get a CM to spend 15 seconds to at the very least write a forum post to warn us?

Or even setup a bot to do it?

Or hell, just tell us in the season launch previews how long the season will actually last for?

Like 3 seperate easy opportunities that would take no effort at all, for us to know when the seasons are gonna end, and literally nothing is done.

Really frustrating

Nice try, but nobody is looking at these forums.
You can try and post Rod Ferguson or Adam Fletcher on X.

(Sorry. I just couldn’t resist).
