I completed all Acts 1 - 5 on my DH. However, I would like to go back and complete all the conversation achievements listed. Must I redo all the entire campaign from the beginning? Or is there a way to not reset all of the campaign? Would seem like a huge waste of time.
When you go back into the campaign. You’ll see that not only can you select any quest in it but some quests have different phases in it’s progression you can start in.
Some Achievement guides use that to get you to the correct section.

Pretty sure as well that if you jump into a Campaign quest near the end of the Act you can hit all prior conversations with certain NPCs (like Shen/Myriam).
I’m still trying to find Adenah’s Jottings to complete the Grand Lorekeeper of Sanctuary achievement.
https://www.diablowiki.net/Main_Page is a very useful tool to get right to where you want to go for achievements…
Happy pew pewing!
This will hit some but not all. Some conversations are triggered at certain points in the act, like the 3 follower quests in a5.
