Completed Guardian, did not receive the portrait frame

Hello all,

I completed guardian on the American server and received the goblin pet, but did not receive the portrait frame. Help?

Also, if someone did receive the frame, please let me know where it appears in your list of frames, just in case I missed it. Thanks in advance!

I got the frame on all three regions.
It is somewhere in the middle of the list. As I’m not in front of my PC, I cannot capture a screenshot to show you.
I think frames are sorted, in alphabetical order, I believe.

Are you sure you don’t already have it?

I’ve had the Guardian Portrait Frame equipped since I rebirthed my first Season 19 Character. That’s because I earned them in a previous Season. (I forget which one).

It’s called the Eternal Woods:

The scroll button for the Portrait Frame Window, in the image above, should give you an idea how far down the list it is… give or take… depending on how many Portrait Frames you currently have. (Hope that helps).

Thank you for the replies. I do have the Eternal Woods set, but I am missing the frame shown with the rewards that are linked in the Battlenet launcher. It’s the frame shown right by the goblin pet.

Ah!   I missed that. Sorry.

It’s called the Portrait of Valor. It’s farther down the list, near the bottom, just to the right of the Necromancer Portrait Frame.

I reset my Season 19 Characters’ Portrait Frame to the Portrait of Valor Frame.

The full name of the frame is “Portrait of Valor”.

I was wrong. They are not sorted in alphabetical order. Perhaps sorted by internal ID number, IDK.

Ah, thanks so much to you both. Again! I do indeed have the portrait frame and I am using it. Now it’s time to earn it on EU. Cheers!
