Completed Chapter 1-4 Season Journey, Missing rewards

I finished chapters 1-4 of the season journey and I received my pennant and the portrait frame but did not receive my set armor. I tried relogging, I looked in my bank and mail and collections, and it was nowhere.

Haedrig’s Gifts were sent to you by in-game mails when you completed chapter 2, 3 and 4. Have you checked if there are mails at lower left?

Remind that the mails stay for 30 days only.

Yes, I did get a bag, but it only had 2 items in it, and those items were not apart of the set armor that the season journey said I would receive, so I assumed it was mail I forgot to open from chapter 3. If it was for chapter 4 then I was supposed to get different, and more pieces of armor. My friend who was playing with me got his entire set. We completed the solo rifts at about the same time.

  1. On completion of Chapter 2 you get a Gift with 2 armour pieces in.
  2. On completion of Chapter 3 you get a Gift with 2 armour pieces in.
  3. On completion of Chapter 4 you get a Gift with the remainder of the armour pieces in.

Some sets have seven pieces. For those sets, the last Gift has 3 armour pieces in. it. These Gifts arrive in your in-game email when that chapter is completed. Those emails last for 30 days. Season 18 started on August 23rd which means it’s been running 25 days so far, so it’s not possible for those emails to have timed out / deleted themselves. If you no longer have those emails it’s either because you collected the Gifts, or you accidentally clicked the little Trash Can icon next to them and deleted them.

As for which set you receive from the Gifts, that’s determined by which class the hero is that opens them. I see you’re playing a Wizard on US, which means the Gifts would have contained the Delsere’s Magnum Opus set pieces, as per the Season 18: The Season of the Triune blog.

Well the last mail I got only had 2 pieces, so that leaves me pretty confused about what happened. But thank you for replying so quickly and thoroughly. (I wish they gave an option to directly contact a blizzard support agent)

Support can’t help you because the game doesn’t keep any running logs. Therefore, there is no item restoration in this game.

What they’ll tell you is to post a bug report here; which you have already done.

You need to farm for the missing pieces as normal.
