Collecting season's armour reward

old noob here, completed season act iv, but how do I copllect the shiny new armour… :slight_smile:

You will find an “envelope” at the bottom left of the screen :slight_smile:

First, make sure you have completed the Season Journey chapter 4, not Act 4 in campaign - two different things :wink:

You should have a total of 3 Haedrig’s Gifts.

  • You get no reward for completing Chapter 1.
  • You get your first Haedrig’s Gift after completing Chapter 2. (2 Set pieces)
  • You get your second Gift after completing Chapter 3. (2 Set pieces)
  • You get your third Gift after completing Chapter 4. (Remaining pieces).

To get your complete free Set, you must complete all Chapters 1 through 4. Not just Chapter 4. And don’t leave them in your in-game mail. Make sure you Claim to Inventory. If you don’t want to open them right away, you can put them in your Stash. If they are left in your mail, they will be deleted after 30 days.


Just to be clear:

  1. Seasons are completed mostly in Adventure Mode and not Campaign Mode. (With few exceptions).
  2. Season Chapters are different than Act Bounties or Campaign Quests. (Note: You will do Bounties to complete some of the Season Journey Chapter Objectives. And there is one Conquest this Season that you can do in Campaign Mode).
