I already had a good CoE, however i droped another witch makes me wonder if is better than my own.
(Equiped)
CHD 50% (rolled)
CHC 6%
+11k Life per Hit (images proc this?)
34% against impairing effects (seems important)
also 197% legendary effect.
The other has:
+101-196 damage
CHD 50% (rolled)
CHC 5%
Some resistence as secondary.
171% leg effect.
Is the 101-196 damage worth the loss of 34% impairing effects and 26% loss on the Coe power?
Both are ancient.
