This is happening to me as well. I clicked the link to tech support and the only mention i find of it there is the same post with no solution. I see that dag felt silly but why? This annoying and not straight forward.
Hey, donut! The 316615 error is a fairly new error that we’ve recently been seeing reported. At this moment, it’s not too clear what the error indicates, but normally these types of errors can indicate a connection problem to the D3 servers.
Would you be able to try an alternative connection or VPN to test?
Could you provide a WinMTR file until the problem occurs for 10 to 15 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
