Cod/activision doesn’t link or login with my battle.net

Hi, for some reason I cannot login or link my Battle.net login with Cod/Activision website nor the Call of duty companion app. Can someone tell me what’s going on? I’m really unsure what’s going, please help. Much appreciated.

It says “Previous Action failed. please try again.”, on the call of duty page.

But for the Companion app on mobile it says “Error registering”.

When it comes to the Call of Duty games, Blizzard Technical Support is only able to offer support for installation and patching. In this case you will need to contact Activision Support.
