Hi.
I am leader on Savior clan and from many member the name Savior is missing from above their nicknames. Even me i dont have clan name above my nickname. I see many clan members in the clan list playing but from many of them the clan name is missing like they are not in any clan. Any idea or advice? Thank you.

The only thing that helps is leaving the clan and rejoining. This is generally useless, as the clan tag will eventually disappear again. A new bug has recently emerged, causing the clan leader to be unable to see certain clan members or their chat messages. While the clan tag used to disappear without much impact on gameplay, it’s now causing some inconvenience.
