The clan roster is showing players with level 0 what does that mean?
Also, there is no icon in the Class column.
I seem to be unable to find the answer on the forum.

I assume you mean there are no stats in their column? Either they’ve been banned or account has been deleted or both. I’m not sure what happens if you haven’t played for a very long time. Maybe the same?
If the account is inactive for more than a year, it will 0 the stats. I have a few members with that showing.
Unfortunately most of my clan have been disband and moved on to D4 and PoE, so I have a lot of members that are non active. I myself play more and more D4. I play D3 alot during the start of each season and when I get bored with D4, which is often.
In the clan roster:
All are less than a year offline, in column location.
Shortest one “Offline for 5 hours 30 minutes”
Then several offline for a few days.
Also many offline for a long time, obviously.
Viewing profile -for some- shows characters, but no paragon after the character level.
Some others the profile dialog remains completely empty.
Let me clarify something with my previous statement:
The roster will not show an offline status longer than 365 days. It will reset to 0 and start again.
My brother who passed away nearly 10 years ago now, shows as being online 100 days ago. Which is entirely false. His counter resets every Feb when he had last logged in.
Yet, my father who was on earlier today is showing as a 0 levels as well. So, not sure what to make of that. But I can view his profile and that looks normal.
It may be that something has changed since the last time I looked.
I just checked my clan members and they all have 0 levels, like they are not active, which I know it’s not true. Some have been offline 1 day and some many more. Maybe Blizzard quit updating them?
Possible that your clan members are not visiting Diablo 3 even if they play other Blizzard games, or in case they do, they must have already quit from the clan else banned.
You probably right. Most of my clan members are playing d4 or quit altogether. My clan is pretty dead, much like D3 unfortunately.
Not necessarily.
Since my father was online and playing D3 yesterday, it should reflect that. But it shows the same no activity status as every other member. And I usually have at least 2 or 3 members that are regularly active, even these days.
I’m in the same boat, clans are pretty much dead at the moment.
Updates could be slow for returning players after a long time. It should reflect the status if he plays on the regular or after some time when server has a maintenance of sorts to clear some cached data. If he played regularly for a week or more, then I have no idea.
