We are just trying to find any devs attention. We are currently as an entire clan stuck in a terrible situation that is bordering on 2 weeks time without any response or help. Our clan is Naito Clan. We are one of the oldest and most active communities because we love Diablo a lot and have a lot of passion for this community. We have been totally unable to access ANYTHING about our clan for a week now. It started with minor errors and led to being unable to change ranks or settings and now its just entirely unavailable. I can’t leave or disband the clan to make a replacecment. Members who try to leave get stuck in a limbo state inside and outside the clan.
We have been signal boosting in the bug report forum for a while now with no response. We tried submitting tickets and they just directed us to bug report forum.
We are asking for urgent help from any staff. Please help us with any solution. Whether it is to fix our current clan, putting our memerbship into a copied clan. Whatever is needed. Please. Thank you.
